Lake Camp Fire, Lake Maroon is a family orientated camp ground, agreat place to get some bush camping done and relax by a camp fire, whilst taking in a beautiful sunset from your hillside camp high above Lake Maroon.

Lake Camp Fire, Lake Maroon is a family orientated camp ground. They also provide corporate retreats and school camps which include activities such as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing,  archery, and a variety of team building and initiative activities. All that aside, it is also a great place to get some bush camping done and relax by a camp fire, whilst taking in a beautiful sunset from your hillside camp high above Lake Maroon.

Outboard motors are permitted on Maroon Dam, which makes it popular for water skiers. The sites direct water access makes it the perfect launching point for boats.

A kiosk is open on site providing some of the creature comforts and fire wood is available to purchase. There is also powered sites available.

Getting there: From either Boonah or Rathdowney, depending on the direction you are coming from, take the Boonah-Rathdowney Rd out of either town and follow till you get to Burnett Creek Rd. Follow Burnett Creek Road several Kms to Camp Lake Fire. The Route is well signed.
