1770 Campground, 1770, is a commercial camping ground with absolute beach access and all the facilities. You'll be able to launch your boat and do a spot of fishing in the bay and off shore, or, check out some of Queenslands most northern surf beaches. A great spot for the kids to run around and explore the beach or do some canoeing. And an even better spot for Mum and Dad or Nan and Pop to kick back and relax. This popular camp ground fills up quick and bookings are recommended.
The camp ground is located close to the historical site where Captain Cook came ashore in 1770, giving the town it' name.

Getting there: Access for 1770 and Agnes Water is well signposted from the Bruce Hwy between Bundaberg and Gladstone. From Agnes Water take Captain Cook Drive several Km's out to the campground.
