Sharon Gorge Nature Park, Bundeburg, is a overnight rest area provided by the Bundaberg Council for the travelling public. The site has basic facilities including gas BBQ, toilets, pinic areas, bins and non-potable water.
There is also a walk down the ajacent "Gorge" (though I use the term losely) that leads out to a viewing platform on the Burrnet River. Both the walk and viewing platform are rather uneventful.
Good spot for an over night stop if you are close to Bundy. The site is FREE but not Pet Friendly.
For more information click on Key Features above.
Cost: FREE
Getting there: The rest area is 14km West of Bundaberg on Gin Gin Rd.
