Gumma Reserve, Macksville, is a quiet campground on the western bank of Warell Creek. There is plenty of grassed area for both tent and trailer based camping. The site has a boat ramp for those who want to take to the water for a spot of fishing, boating or caneoing up the creek or nearby Nambucca River. Flushing toilets are a creature comfort. The site is pet friendly but dogs must be on a leash at all times. Not a bad spot to stop in and pop a squat on the long drive down the coast.
