Freemans Camping Area, Munmorah State Conservation Area, is hardly roughing it as this open grassed area has plenty of BBQ areas and an amenities block that also boasts cold showers. A good spot for engaging in those sea side pursuits such as fish and surfing. Hiking and wildlife watching are also a plenty through out the conservation area. Unlike the nearby Frazers Beach camp ground, this site has some trailer sites.
Open fires are not permitted with in the conservation area and the site has limited shade, so make sure you come prepared.
