Bretti Reserve, Gloucester, is a large open area beside the upper reaches of the Bernard/Manning river. Great spot for the kids to play in the shallow river rock pools or for a spot of fishing or canoeing. Plenty of space to spread out but shade is limited to the bank of the river. Though there are few facilities, the best thing about this area is it is FREE, pet friendly, the way camping should be, and only a short drive from Gloucester.
